EU-MATHS-IN Mini-Symposium at ECMI 2026 (Kaunas, Lithuania) – Call for Contributions

We are pleased to announce that the Italian Society of Applied and Industrial Mathematics and the Ulisse Dini Department of Mathematics and Computer Science have organized a commemorative day entitled:
“Mario Primicerio, Man of Science and Man of Peace”
The event will take place on June 19, 2026, one year after his passing, in the Sala d’Arme at Palazzo Vecchio, Florence.
Mario Primicerio, the first president of the EU-MATHS-IN, will be remembered through a series of contributions reflecting the many dimensions of his life: as a distinguished scientist, an innovator, a man of peace, and a public servant. The event aims to honor not only his scientific achievements and contributions to technology transfer, but also his political and social commitment, always guided by a strong sense of service to the common good.
There is no registration fee, but registration is mandatory.
